We thoroughly check your property with our crafted home watch inspection list. It provides the most common issues that we have experienced over the last ten years to ensure we leave no spot unchecked.

Photos

Phase 2

We take photos to provide an ultra-wide viewing angle of your property. This includes each room, appliances such as water heater and air conditioning. As well as exterior shots, like pool, lawn and driveway.

Lock Up

Phase 3

We once more walk through the home to lock up the property, turn off all lights, lock the doors, turn off the water and turn on the alarm system. Feel secure knowing your home is in good hands.
